Hynson interview...

...In the latest edition of Juice Magazine (surf, skate, art culture) there's a very good interview with Mr. Hynson by his old teamrider Herbie Fletcher & his wife Dibi, who spend time together living, surfing ,& shaping on the North Shore in the late 60's / early 70's, developing the 'down rail' design...a design that subsequently filtered into the hands of Pipe lurkers G. Lopez, Rory R.,etc. , that in recent years Gerry has given much credit to Mike stating '...if it wasn't for the downrailer design, we'd never had been able to ride Pipe like we did...", or something like that.
